Server rules
These are the community rules. They are the same eight posted in Discord #rules. They apply in Discord, in game chat, and on the server. Java and Bedrock are the same.
The join screen is how we play in the world — claims, PvP, no cheats. It is not this list. Staff cite the numbers below in the punish reason: rule 1 harassment.
The eight rules
Welcome to the server. Read these before you play.

| 2 | Keep it clean. No NSFW content, excessive swearing, or offensive jokes. This is a community for all ages. |
| 3 | No spam or self-promo. Don’t flood chat, post random links, or promote other servers without staff permission. That includes DMing people about it. |
| 4 | Use channels properly. Keep discussions in the right place — Minecraft chat in Minecraft chat, off-topic in the lounge channels, and so on. |
| 5 | No drama or toxicity. We’re here to play and chill. If you have issues with someone, ping or DM staff instead of starting fights. |
| 6 | Follow Discord TOS. You must be 13+ and follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. |
| 7 | Listen to staff. Staff decisions are final. If you feel something was unfair, bring it up calmly in a DM or a ticket. |
| 8 | Content filming. You agree to be filmed on the server for content Budka posts on social media. This is consent, not a punishable offence. If you don’t want to appear, DM staff. |
Community grid
First, repeat, then severe. Staff may skip a step when the harm is obvious. Alts share the ladder. The owner can always go heavier or lighter. Mute and kick in Discord as well as in game when chat is the problem.

In the Minecraft world
These are how we keep the world standing. They are not Discord #rules numbers. Staff name the offence, not a fake rule number: claim grief, x-ray.

Community /report
/report <player> <reason> is a 24h tempban from the players who are on right now, not a staff ticket. Use it carefully. If you abuse it, you are the one who gets the 24h.
A community ban fires only when all three are true at the same time:
- At least 4 players are online (including the accused).
- At least 3 different players have reported them in the last 10 minutes.
- Those reporters’ rank-weights add up to at least 50% of everyone online except the accused.
Weights: New 1, Regular 2, Elder 3, Legend / OG / Elite 4. Higher rank, heavier vote. Staff cannot be community-banned — tell an owner. You need 2 hours played before you can report.
A lone report that nobody else joins, and then expires, is a strike on you. Three of those in a day and you get the 24h. If two or three of you report and it still does not land, that is not a strike — the server simply did not agree.
How to read it
- A warn is on the record. Do it again and the next column applies.
- A mute is talk only. You can still play.
- A ban is the world. Cheats and claim grief skip the polite steps.
- Staff put the Discord rule number in the reason:
rule 1 harassment, so this page and #rules agree. - A banned player does not keep talking in Discord. Mute or kick them there too.
Staff
This page is the policy. Do not invent a private ladder. If the grid and the moment disagree, protect people and the world first, then tell the owner.
- Cite the Discord number in chat when you warn someone:
rule 3 self-promo. - Mute for mouths. Ban for blocks, items, cheats, and TOS.
- Skip to severe when it is hate, NSFW, x-ray, a dupe, or tearing down a claimed house.
- Alts are not a fresh start. Same ladder, same IP if they dodge.
- Do not argue the case in public chat. Warn or punish, point at this page, move on.
/report tallyand/report clearare staff. Do not argue with a community 24h in public; overturn it if it was salt, then the reporters can be dealt with.
