Film a base

Mark the spot you want filmed for the next video. One spot per player. You do not have to stay online, it is not added to the public map, and it does not pay you.

Mark it

Stand where the camera should be, looking the way it should look. Then:

• /film — mark this spot.
• /film castle roof — the same, with a short note. Notes are cut at 40 characters.
• /film clear — remove your spot.

Marking again replaces the old spot and moves you to the end of the list. The note, the position, and the look are whatever you just saved.

next, back, done, clear, and mark are commands. A note that starts with one of those words is set with /film mark, for example /film mark next to the tower.

What is saved

Your name, the world, the coordinates, the direction you are facing, the note, and the time. Nothing else. A friend cannot mark a spot for you.

The filming walk

There is one list, oldest mark first. Players mark and clear. The walk itself is for the person filming.

• /film next teleports to the next spot and turns to the look that was saved. On the last spot, it stays put.
• /film back teleports to the previous spot still on the list. Before the first spot, it stays put.
• /film done removes the spot the walk is on. It does not teleport. The next /film next lands on whatever slid into that place. /film back will not return to a spot just marked done.

An empty list says there is nothing to film.
